When requesting an FFL be sent to us, it is imperative to ensure the sender includes your order number. In the subject line or body of the email is fine. Often times an dealer will simply send us a blank email with an attached FFL. As a courtesy to our customers, we will provide a one-time reply to the dealer, requesting a name or order number, but please understand it is your responsibility to ensure we receive a copy of the FFL.
If after 3-5 business days, we've not received an FFL for your order we will email you with a reminder. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience as we work as fast as possible to get your order processed and to the carrier. We understand you want this lightning quick - and we want you to have it too! Please refrain from emailing us for a status update, or to ensure your FFL was received. Place trust in your FFL (or find a new one), and trust that we are working hard to get your order out the door.
