The short answer is no. 

Aero Precision receiver sets are sometimes packaged together. However, they are not mated.  This is done for convenience.  

Aero Precision uppers and lowers are engineered to have an optimal fit and function when used together.  This is an excellent reason to purchase your upper and lower receiver from the same manufacturer as if you mix manufacturers, you could run into tolerance stacking issues or have a poor fit.
