Multiple charges could show up on your credit-card statement for a couple of different reasons to include:


  • Clicking the "place order" button more than once
  • Having to re-enter your information at checkout due to an error after hitting the place order button
  • Declined orders


If after 3 business days, the charges have not disappeared, open a ticket and we'll have a look.
