In the event we shipped you the wrong item, please follow these steps to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
- Open a ticket
- Attach a screenshot of your packing slip, the shipping label, and the label/sticker on the incorrect item (SKU Number / Bar Code)
These items must be received within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
If we shipped you an incorrect item we will send you a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us. Once received we will ship you the correct item.
